Who we are

Yardy is operated by Forward Only LLC, a US company. Yardy connects brands and artists with independent creators.

Creators

Creators are independent contractors, not employees. Every sponsored post must include a clear ad disclosure such as #ad. Clips must use only the audio provided by the campaign. Approved clips must stay live for the period stated in the campaign.

Brands

Brands pay their campaign budget and the Yardy service fee up front. Unused budget stays as credit. Brands must review submissions within 48 hours or they are approved automatically.

Views and payments

Views are counted from the platform after a 7-day hold. Views flagged as suspicious are not charged and are not paid. Yardy decides flagged cases after a human review and explains every decision.
